Typical floor insulation installed at ground level is rigid foam insulation which provides good thermal properties, moisture resistance and high compressive strength, with the correct thickness installed to be compliant with current building regulations. Underfloor heating systems can then be installed on top of flooring insulation and we are happy to coordinate with heating engineers in the process of installing insulation, underfloor heating system and the finished floor.
